• Familiar with supplier communication and purchase order management.
• Comfortable using IT for quotes and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Buying Director and wider buying team.
• Communicate with global suppliers via email.
• Prepare, request, and produce accurate quotes.
• Build strong working relationships with retail partners.
• Ensure goods are delivered on time and to the correct locations.
• Create and manage purchase orders for multiple customers.
