Role: Business Development Executive (Graduate/Early Years)

Location: Central London (hybrid working)

Salary: £35k-£40k DOE + Uncapped Commission (10k OTE Y1)

The Role

Business Development Executive

  • Re-engage lapsed clients and explore new opportunities in the FM tech services and facilities management space
  • Learn how to manage the full sales life cycle: from prospecting and client meetings to bid writing and closing deals. Be a closer from Day 1!
  • Use tools like Zoominfo to track market movements and identify opportunities – no cold calling!!
  • Be mentored by experienced Sales & Solutions Directors
  • Start on projects worth £100k–£500k, with the potential to grow into £1m+ deals

  • A curious, proactive mindset – you’re excited to learn and not afraid to ask questions
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A balance of hunter mentality and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
