About the job you're considering

You will help businesses improve their performance by offering expertise on technical areas where the client could do with your support. From implementing simple software upgrades to ensuring a client's employees have been trained in the changes you are proposing, you will be central to the success of our innovative solutions.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your skills and experience

• To be eligible for this programme, you must have obtained, or be studying towards, a minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent qualification). If you are currently studying, you must have completed your degree prior to your programme start date. We recognise that mitigating circumstances can have an impact on academic performance. If you have experienced any circumstances that you would like us to take into consideration, please provide details in your application.

• Outstanding communication skills and an understanding of how technology can improve business efficiency and productivity.

• The ability to understand the issues faced by your client and identify areas that could be improved – with the ingenuity to lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to pinpoint the way forward.

• A basic grasp of the IT lifecycle, including the various stages a project goes through, and the people involved.
