Qualifications

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited preferred).
  • Desire to progress towards MRICS qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering professional and project-based surveying services.
  • Gain exposure to condition surveys, refurbishment projects, contract administration.
  • Receive structured APC support and mentoring towards Chartership.
