Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline, ideally RICS accredited.
• Open to recent graduates with limited or no industry experience.
• Some previous experience in building surveying or construction consultancy is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building surveying and project management services across education estates.
• Support senior surveyors from inception through to completion.
• Undertake building condition surveys, inspections and site assessments.
• Assist with feasibility studies, technical reports and building-related advice.
• Support refurbishment, maintenance, extension and new-build projects.
• Assist with contract administration and monitoring progress.
