What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and deliver building surveying projects from concept to completion


• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and design teams


• Develop briefs into clear, compliant design solutions with guidance from senior mentors


• Undertake measured surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance reporting


• Prepare drawings, specifications, tender documents and technical reports


• Coordinate with designers, contractors and stakeholders across multiple workstreams


• Assist with contract administration and on-site quality inspections


• Learn how to manage smaller projects with increasing independence
