• A minimum 2:1 degree in Building Services Engineering (MSc or MEng) is required.
• Previous technical or industry experience is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Suitability for security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering designs for mechanical and electrical building services.
• Assist with design reviews and verification checks.
• Support contract administration and project delivery.
• Provide technical support to the M&E team.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
