Gravita in Oxford is recruiting the next generation of forward-thinking accountants to join the Audit Service Line on a January 2027 intake. This programme blends college-based learning with hands-on experience, offering paid study leave and coverage of exam costs, with ongoing support and regular feedback as you progress.

You’ll work with over 30 clients across diverse industries, engage with Partners and executives, and interact directly with CEOs and CFOs while leveraging Gravita's

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• GCSE Maths grade 5/B or better.
• GCSE English Language grade 5/B or better.
• 120 UCAS points from top 3 grades (2017 tariff) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with over 30 clients across diverse industries to accelerate learning.
• Engage with Partners and Executive team to learn from leaders.
• Interact directly with CEOs, CFOs, Financial Directors and entrepreneurs from ambitious startups.

Starting in January 2027, this programme combines college‑based learning with hands‑on, practical experience. You’ll benefit from paid study leave, and we’ll cover the cost of your exams.

Throughout the programme, you’ll receive regular check‑ins and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed. Our goal is for you to join us permanently once you’ve completed your training.

• 2:1(or equivalent) undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
• Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017), or equivalent.
