Job summary

KPMG in Leeds is offering a graduate programme in Accounting Advisory and Assurance to study ACA with CA equivalent options. You’ll rotate across four areas and gain exposure to complex accounting issues, assurance over non-financial areas, and major transactions.

You’ll be supported by senior leaders and peers in a diverse environment, with a focus on developing technical skills, commercial understanding, and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline (required).
• GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B* and GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*.
• 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Level grades, excluding General Studies.

Responsibilities

• Offer guidance on accounting standards and translate complex issues into clear advice in Accounting Advisory Services.
• Assist with sustainability assurance topics including greenhouse gas emissions, waste, human rights, and other non-financial metrics.
• Assess business controls and processes in Controls Assurance to identify risks and strengthen customer confidence.
• Support major transactions preparation, such as mergers, acquisitions or listings, under Transactions Assurance.
