Job summary

Setsales seeks a highly motivated Graduate Associate to join our HQ in London. You will take ownership of key business areas within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, gaining broad responsibilities and tangible impact from day one.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, to develop and execute growth strategies, while building valuable transferable skills through training, outreach, and project management opportunities. Travel to conferences overseas is included.

Qualifications

• No specific previous work experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around:

• Driving projects related to growing new companies: starting new ventures, creating stellar marketing operations, crafting and executing sales strategies or recruiting leading A+ teams.
• Becoming an industry expert to develop and execute effective strategies.
• Being a key driver of expansion and excellent daily operations.
• To dream big and pursue it relentlessly!

What we expect from you

Please note that this job does not require any specific previous work experience as training is provided and we are looking to incorporate candidates across different levels of experience. However, we do require you to have a UK work permit.
