Lowen Talent R2R is recruiting a Graduate Associate Consultant in Leeds City Centre for an executive search practice specialising in PE portfolio assignments across Europe and North America. You will work on genuine assignments, identifying senior investment and C-suite professionals, supported by a dedicated research and admin team to keep you focused on high-value work.

The role offers genuine flexibility, no arbitrary KPIs, and a clear path to earning £80k by year two through base salary plus

• 2:1 degree or higher required.
• Demonstrated track record of success in academics, extracurriculars, sports, etc.
• Ambitious with a proactive growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work on genuine executive search assignments placing senior investment and C-suite professionals.
• Conduct meticulous, research-led candidate identification.
• Build deep knowledge of the private equity market and portfolio companies.
• Partner with clients to understand business and hiring needs in a consultative way.
• Manage search assignments from brief through to placement with admin/research support.
• Be measured on real improvement and development, not arbitrary targets.
