As a Client Services Associate, you’ll drive the commercial edge, own projects end-to-end, and build strong client and expert relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You’ll spend much of your day on the phone, calling industry experts, managing multiple projects, and cross-selling the full range of services.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Norwegian (written and oral) at Level C1+.
• Intellectually strong, ambitious, and have leadership or extracurricular experience; grit shown through internships or work experience.
• Candidates should be able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn rapidly to gain broad knowledge of markets and business models.
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1‑1 calls.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our business - finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, often underextremely tight deadlines.Expect to spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share their expertise and securing their time for client calls.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Business fluency in Norwegian(written and oral - Level C1 and above).

Salary and Benefits:

• Total first‑year salary is expected to be£51,000–£68,000(based on average‑high performance). This is in line with a£40,000 base salaryplus anuncapped performance bonusaccessible after your first month.
