What we are recruiting for

We are looking for passionate, driven graduates with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to join our consulting business. Our graduate scheme is a comprehensive 2‑year programme, with the opportunity to work across multiple different sectors for external and internal clients.

You will be partnered with a senior member of the team who will guide and mentor you through your career journey. In addition to working on multi-million‑pound high profile projects, you will engage in structured learning that will enable you to work towards achieving your professional qualification (CIOB, RICS, CHPP or MAPM) with full sponsorship provided by us.

Experience & background
  • Ideally a relevant industry degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar built environment subject.
  • We will also accept alternative degrees from people who are passionate and keen to get into project management and who can demonstrably showcase innovation or entrepreneurship skills.
  • Predicted 2:1 or higher bachelor’s degree across study fields; applications from master’s degree holders are also welcome.
  • We also welcome candidates who already have experience in the form of sandwich courses, summer placements, internships or previous industry experience.
  • The right to live and work in the UK full time.
