Supporting our London & Southeast region as a Graduate Assistant Design Manager you will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co‑ordination and control of the onsite construction process, specifically focusing on design. As a Graduate Assistant Design Manager you will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two‑year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom‑based learning and on‑the‑job training.

We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
