Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Graduate Classroom Assistant in Liverpool to support teachers with SEN and provide academic assistance to pupils. The role offers part-time hours and flexible working arrangements, ideal for recent graduates or final-year students seeking classroom exposure.

The Role

As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN
• Assist in implementing individualised learning plans
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development
• Observe and report on pupils' progress
• Learn practical strategies for supporting children with a range of additional needs
• Build valuable classroom experience to support a future career in education
