Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Graduate / Apprentice Trained Engineer role based near Exeter. The position offers full training into automation, with CAD/CNC training and clear progression routes within a global manufacturing environment.

You will work on designing tooling fixtures, documenting automated processes, and supporting optimization to reduce downtime. The role is site-based, with swing shifts and a focus on developing engineers into automation and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Recent Graduate or Qualified Apprentice in Engineering/Manufacturing
• HNC or Engineering Degree
• Willing to train into Automation Engineer
• Interest in CAD software, robotics and manufacturing principles

£39,000 - £42,000 Inclusive of Shift Allowance (£35,000 - £37,000 Basic) + Full Training and Progression + CAD Training + CNC Training + Excellent Progression routes + Further Qualifications + 33-Days Holiday + Life Insurance + Social Clubs

Site Based, Commutable from Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Chudleigh, Newton Abbot and Surrounding Areas

Rotating Weekly Swing Shift: 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10pm
