Job summary

Resonance is hiring Europe's elite AI talent as Graduate Applied AI Engineers. You'll build production AI systems for clients from your first month, alongside Senior Engineers, shipping agents, data pipelines and integrations across the stack.

You will join a first graduate cohort, receive comprehensive training in AI engineering, work on Resonance's platform, and have visa sponsorship where eligible. London-based, hybrid with 3+ days in office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or graduated within 2 years.
• Strong programming ability in Python or TypeScript and show projects involving LLMs.
• Experience with AI/ML projects, startups, or internships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI systems for clients from day one.
• Ship agents, data pipelines and evals across the stack from AI layer to client systems.
• Contribute to Resonance's AI products and shared platform, growing ownership over time.
