About the role

The employee, reporting to the National C&I Technical and Sales Manager, will support the sales team technically, analyze customer requests, and offer technical solutions. They will maintain communication with the HQ Application Engineering Department and identify new opportunities in burner segments, managing projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect customer application data.
2. Prepare technical offers, including configuration, cost, and delivery estimates, with support from other departments.
3. Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
4. Report KPIs such as win rate and delivery times.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in similar roles or industries is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental communication.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills for handling customized products.
• Goal-oriented attitude to meet sales targets.
