Argon & Co is a global management consultancy that offers a structured 2-year Graduate Analyst programme. You will rotate across planning, logistics and procurement, gaining client exposure and developing professional skills.

You will receive formal learning, development opportunities and mentorship while starting your career in a leading consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Recently completed/completing in 2027 a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent communicators who can explain things clearly.
• Bright with a strong academic record.
• Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying at university.
• Proven ability to work within a team environment.
• Be results focused, resilient and resourceful.
• Interested in business and developing business acumen.
• Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning.
• Led by a strong sense of integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

About the role

As a Graduate Analystat Argon & Co you will complete a structured 2 year programme where you will gain exposure across key areas of the business such as planning, logistics and procurement. This will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through various rotations plus exposure to working directly with our clients.
