Isio is seeking a DC Pensions Investment Advisory Graduate Analyst in the UK. You will begin by preparing reports, researching providers and products, and supporting investment reviews. The role offers training, study leave for CFA exams, and structured development within our employee benefits practice.

You'll learn to build financial models, respond to client queries, and collaborate across teams while balancing multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

No prior pensions, investment or consulting experience required.
Undergraduate degree or higher with a 2.1 or better; eligible by Sep 2027.
We welcome applicants from any degree subject.
Interest in data, technology and business problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Prepare DC pensions investment performance reports for clients.
Draft investment reports on fund selection, default strategy reviews, and DC investment projects.
Research pension providers, investment managers and products.
Support provider reviews, analyse tender responses and summarise findings.
Build financial models to illustrate investment risks and returns.
