Job summary

Deloitte Digital is looking for graduates to join Technology and Transformation as Analysts. You will be supported from day one by our Consulting Early Experience team and will undergo the Analyst Induction Programme to learn about our company, culture, and how we work.

You will practice key skills on client projects and network with colleagues across levels. As a Graduate Analyst, you will move into role-specific training after AIP, with opportunities to engage with mentors and participate in

• 2:1 degree in any discipline required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver projects for our clients, being a valuable member of the team from day one, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve problems, improve performance and generate value for clients.
• Creating innovative deliverables for our clients including materials for workshops, communications, project plans and progress reporting.
• Participating in project workshops and meetings alongside our clients – contributing to discussions, taking actions and minutes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs and consistently exceeding their expectations with innovative solutions.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to our clients, tailored to their needs.
• You will deliver tangible, positive changes for public, private, and financial service organisations.
• You will learn new project management methods in a collaborative, team environment.
