Job summary

Validus Risk Management is hiring a Graduate Analyst to join a newly formed Client Onboarding & Trading Enablement team in Greater London. You will work across onboarding, static data, product enablement and market readiness to understand trading platforms and pre-trade controls.

The role targets a recent graduate eager to build a foundation in financial markets infrastructure, data quality and STP improvement, with exposure to multiple stakeholders and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation.
• Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Interest in automating processes and data analysis.
• Exposure to Python, Alteryx, VBA, or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding and KYC/AML coordination.
• Maintain client static and reference data across systems.
• Support pre-trade controls and STP readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve onboarding efficiency.
