Job summary

Alpha Bank London Limited is seeking a technically minded graduate to join the Operations team, focusing on AI-enabled solutions, automation, data and business processes.

You’ll work with AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and support the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Practical exposure to creating AI agents, workflows, automations, or file-based data solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive operational tasks that could be improved through automation.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and other productivity platforms.
• Create prompts, workflows, and standard operating procedures to enhance team productivity.

• Assist with day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
• Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and process maps.
• Support project delivery by tracking actions, deadlines, and milestones.

• Deliver basic training guides and user documentation.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a technically minded graduate with a strong interest in artificial technology, automation, data and business operations to begin their career in banking while helping build practical AI-enabled solutions for operational challenges.

You will join the Operations team to support the optimisation of operational processes across the bank by leveraging AI-powered tools, data analytics, and automation technologies.

Working closely with operational and business teams, you will help identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, improve reporting, and support the adoption of AI-powered solutions.
