Accora in Cambridge is seeking a technology- and AI-focused graduate to join our growing team as a Graduate Technology & AI Engineer. This permanent role offers hands-on work on real projects from day one, with a salary of £30,000–£36,000 and clear opportunities to learn and grow.
You'll work across the business to apply AI, software and automation to practical problems, develop internal tools, and help drive efficiency and innovation as Accora expands its technology capabilities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Technology or similar.
- Genuine interest in AI, software and emerging technologies.
- Some programming/software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and curious approach.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve internal software and applications.
- Explore new ways to utilise AI across the business.
- Automate manual processes.
- Improve systems, integrations and reporting.
- Identify technology-led improvements.
- Develop and test new ideas and solutions.
