Job summary

BAE Systems is offering a graduate programme in the UK, beginning in July or September 2027. You will apply system engineering principles to develop concepts and designs for customer service operations within a fast-growing discipline.

The programme offers flexibility in working patterns and a strong focus on wellbeing, with security vetting as part of eligibility. Starting salary is £34,000 with a £2,000 welcome bonus and an optional 20% salary advance.
