Overview

Due to continued growth, our friendly, successful, and professional financial services client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to step onto the professional ladder and start a career in the prestigious Financial Services Industry.

This Administration role will support the Adviser Team ensuring that the service offered is outstanding, as well as assisting the Administrator Team and Management Team as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Quality checking mail merges
  • Answering telephone calls to deal with routine client issues/queries.
  • Meet & Greet clients when meetings are held on-site. Preparing meeting rooms, showing clients to the meeting room and assisting with refreshments.
  • Creation of new client records on CRM system.
  • Updating CRM system.
  • Prepare meeting packs for Advisers
  • Send off any Letters bought back from client meetings
  • Preparation of ad hoc letters as required by the Adviser and Administrator teams.
  • Returning of original documentation to clients from the office.
  • Monitoring of paperwork within the
  • Scanning of historic files and logging on CRM system.
  • Maintaining storage cupboard, including putting away deliveries of brochures, paper etc.
  • Assisting Management or the Administrator Team with other duties as required.
Other Information
  • The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - 35 hours a week
  • Holidays - 25 Days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays and if your birthday falls on a working day you are given the day off.
  • Other benefits include: Company Pension, Private health scheme after 1 year service. Bonus paid annually, subject to the Business target being met
