A leading independent acoustics consultancy is seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join its growing team. With offices across the UK, this specialist firm delivers high-quality noise and vibration assessments, building acoustics design, and environmental noise consultancy for a wide range of clients and sectors.

Responsibilities
  • As an Acoustic Consultant, you\'ll play a vital role in managing and delivering projects from design through to completion, providing expert technical advice and ensuring all work meets industry standards. You\'ll work closely with clients, local authorities, and design teams to develop innovative and practical acoustic solutions.
  • Delivering building acoustics design input and sound insulation testing
  • Producing detailed technical reports and noise impact assessments
  • Managing client communication and providing expert advice throughout project stages
  • Mentoring junior consultants and supporting business growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • Degree in Acoustics, Physics, or a related subject
  • IOA membership (MIOA or working towards)
  • 2-5 years\' experience in environmental or building acoustics
  • Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently or as part of a wider team
