Job summary

AG Barr in Cumbernauld is offering a Graduate Accountant role on a three-year rotation within Group Finance. Based at our Head Office with hybrid working, you will rotate across Corporate Finance, BSD Finance and Supply Chain Finance, gaining exposure to P&L reporting, budgeting and cost accounting.

You will be mentored and funded through your CIMA exams, supported by a dedicated mentor and fellow graduates, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• University degree (2:1) or AAT Level 4 required.
• Proficient in ERP systems or able to learn quickly.
• Process-minded with ability to manage and improve processes.
• Able to analyze and present complex data clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Corporate Finance – assist with P&L reporting and monthly analyses for the Board.
• Year 2: BSD Finance – support customer/brand profitability analysis, budgeting and reporting.
• Year 3: Supply Chain Finance – participate in central budgets, cost setting, and KPI reporting.
