Job summary

Redhill Primary School, part of Shaw Education Trust, is seeking a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils with reading, writing, and early numeracy. You will deliver Read Write Inc.

phonics sessions in small groups and one-to-one settings, tracking progress and tailoring support to individual needs. The role requires a proactive, patient approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
