Job summary

Arm is seeking an engineer to support hardware IP development with a focus on tracking, analysing, and improving understanding of PPA quality throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

  • Foundation in digital hardware design or computer architecture.
  • Ability to analyse technical data, reason about trade-offs, investigate unexpected results, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Programming or scripting skills, for example Python.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse engineering data to track PPA quality, investigate unexpected changes, understand feature impact, and support technical recommendations during GPU IP development.
  • Work with hardware, modelling, performance, and implementation teams to understand design trade-offs, validate results, flag suspicious data, and support product release activities.
  • Develop scripts, automation, reports, and AI-assisted workflows to make data handling, analysis, validation, and reporting more efficient and repeatable.
