Job summary

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking a GPS Dozer Operator for a long-term earthworks project in Bristol. You will operate a GPS Trimble-equipped dozer on site, carry out bulk earthworks, cut and fill, and ensure work aligns with design specs.

The role requires CPCS or NPORS with CSCS and a minimum of 5 years’ experience operating dozers on earthworks projects, plus a solid grasp of site levels, health and safety procedures, and teamwork on site.

• Strong understanding of site levels, cut and fill operations, and health & safety procedures
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a site team

Responsibilities

• Operating a GPS Trimble-equipped dozer on a large-scale earthworks project
• Carrying out bulk earthworks, cut and fill, grading, and levelling to design specifications
• Working accurately from digital site models using GPS machine control
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working area while following all site health & safety procedures
• Assisting with the smooth progression of earthworks operations to meet programme deadlines
