About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Specialist to join a global enterprise delivery team responsible for designing, building, and supporting high-performance SAN environments.

Youll play a key role in end-to-end SAN architecture, configuration, and delivery, leveraging deep expertise in Brocade Gen6 / Gen7 and FCIP technologies. The role is hands-on, technical, and ideal for someone who thrives in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade SAN infrastructures.
• Configure and manage Brocade / Cisco SAN switches, including:
  • ICL setup and secure configurations
  • Fabric and zone merges
  • New switch and fabric build-outs
• Security policy implementation and compliance
• Provide 3rd Line operational support and lead migration / refresh projects (e.g. global SAN upgrades).
• Ensure best practices in fabric design, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to meet operational and business objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven background in Brocade Gen6 / Gen7 FCIP switch architecture and SAN fabric design.
• Strong understanding of zoning, secure fabric configuration, and fault resolution.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise storage environments (multi-vendor exposure desirable).
• Capable of resolving complex, high-severity incidents and providing expert-level support.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
