A leading healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a GP Training Programme Director to oversee the management of the GP School programme and support educational initiatives. The role involves recruitment to training posts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare education leadership. This is a fixed-term part-time role requiring 8 hours a week, with an anticipated start in October 2025.
GP Programme Directors are responsible for providing education in a safe environment for doctors wanting to become GPs. This involves planning, facilitating and evaluating the process of learning. There will be support from the other Programme Directors., 1 FTC opportunity for a GP Training Programme Director has become available at the Enfield & Haringey Training Programme with a view to starting ASAP most probably from October 2025, currently lasting until October 2026.
