A national healthcare organization is seeking 2 Training Programme Directors (TPDs) to manage GP training programs in the East Midlands. The role includes designing educational resources, delivering teaching sessions, and ensuring effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in medical education. This position offers a blend of in-person and remote work opportunities, with travel across the East Midlands required. Competitive remuneration based on national pay scale will be provided.
2x 2 session TPD posts being recruited to support GP expansion and structured learning across the East Midlands until 31.03.26. We hope that further funding will be made available to extend the post end date. The GP TPDs for Expansion & Structured Learning programmes will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of innovative training programmes for General Practitioners (GPs) based in the East Midlands. Please note that although some work may be completed remotely, there will be regular travel required around the East Midlands. Remuneration will be at GP00‑GP01 point of national GP educator pay scale. The successful applicant will work with other TPDs and ADs to provide: Programme development and management
