Were currently looking for Enhancedand/or Advanced Practitioners to join our bank team, supporting our same day /urgent care service across one or both of our sites.

As an experienced Practitioner, youllwork autonomously within your scope of practice, managing same day acutepresentations and providing expert assessment, diagnostic reasoning, andtreatment planning. Youll have the confidence and clinical competence to makesafe, evidence-based decisions, and youll be supported by a friendlymultidisciplinary team who are always happy to share knowledge and experience.

Once registered with our bank, youllreceive shift notifications directly from our practice team - giving you thefreedom to choose when and where you work. Theres no obligation to commit tospecific shifts, just the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle.

Main duties of the job

As a valued bank member of our clinicalteam, youll be joining a friendly, skilled, and well-supported clinical teamthat includes 13 GPs, 4 GP Registrars, and 6 Advanced Practitioners. We allwork collaboratively with the whole surgery team to deliver outstanding care toour patients.

Youll see triaged same day patientswith a wide variety of acute presentations, typically in 15-minuteappointments, allowing you to provide safe, high-quality care while maintaininga manageable pace. We break for MDT coffee throughout the day to give youspace to recharge and discuss cases with the team.
