Moulton Surgery has a vacancy for a part-time Patient Service Advisor. We are ideally looking for someone to work 30 hours per week Mon- Thur, working at our branch site Mon, Tues & Wed and our main site on a Thurs.
We are looking for someone who can handle pressure, think on their feet within a busy and sometimes demanding environment. Customer Service is really important to us along with a can do attitude. It is essential that you are a friendly, flexible, self-motivated and a hardworking individual.
Offer general assistance to the practice team andproject a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either inperson or via the telephone.
To adhere to the strictest confidentiality when handling medical recordsand other information, pertaining to patients.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessingthe appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficientand effective way.
Undertake a variety of administrative duties toassist in the smooth running of the practice including the provision ofreception, and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of thepractice team.
Using online platform called Anima with Triage GP support

We also have a compliment of Dispensary, Administration, Reception and management team.

Job Responsibilities:
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessingthe appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficientand effective way
Book appropriate appointments and arrange homevisits for patients.
Preparation ofpaperwork and booking appointments for various Clinics
