A healthcare facility in London is seeking a GP Receptionist/Care Navigator to assist patients with their medical needs and help navigate them to the correct services. The role is patient-facing, with responsibilities including dealing with enquiries via telephone and online. Candidates do not require prior experience, although it is preferred. The vacancy is for 15 hours a week with fixed hours, and there are opportunities for overtime. The ability to communicate well and remain calm under pressure is essential.
We are looking for a new GP receptionist/care navigator to join our team.
This is a patient facing role helping patients with their enquires and issues.
As a GP Receptionist/Care Navigator you will be required to assist patients with their medical needs navigating them to the correct services.
This is a patient facing role including contact via telephone and online.
Manor Brook Medical Centre is a large established GP surgery with approximately 12,000 patients.
The practice is run by the Partners along with the support from the Management team.
The practice also has other Oxleas services in the building.
As a Receptionist/Care Navigator you will be required to deal with all patients enquires. You will be required to triage the patient to allow you to navigate them to the correct service.You will be dealing with patients face to face and via the telephone and online.You do not require experience however it will be preferred.There is scope to develop your skills and hours.
The vacancy is for 15 hours a week.
Fixed days and hours are:
Tuesday 1pm - 7pm
Friday 2pm - 7pm.
There is also the opportunity for overtime week days and 1 Saturday a month.
