A local GP Surgery in Skipton is looking for an enthusiastic part-time GP Receptionist/Care Co-ordinator. This role involves welcoming patients, booking appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, experience in customer service, and familiarity with TPP SystmOne. The position offers approximately 28 hours per week, with training provided.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills who enjoys providing an excellent service to a wide range of people, by phone and face to face. As a GP Receptionist/Care Co-ordinator you will arrange appointments, answers queries, input data and signpost people to the appropriate services in our busy GP Surgery. Working closely with the GP team, you will ensure that everyone who contacts us receives the appropriate care.
We use TPP SystmOne and will provide training on this software.
This is a part-time post of approximately 28 hours a week. Normal working hours will be between 8am and 6pm, with one afternoon extending to 8pm once per month.
