A local healthcare practice in Stafford is seeking a conscientious receptionist to join their team. The role involves managing patient interactions, providing assistance to the practice, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Weare a friendly, forward-thinking GP Practice based in the heart of thecommunity. We now have an exciting opportunity for a conscientious, friendly and hardworking receptionist to join our practice team at Weeping Cross Health Centre.
We have some flexibility with the role and are ideally looking for around 22.5 hours during the week.
(Starting salary is circa £23.8k pro-rata although this is dependant on experience.)
The successfulcandidate will need excellent communication skills, be highly organised, have apositive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be committed toputting patient care first and share our values and our passion for deliveringquality care. Experience of working in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Job Summary:
Receive, assist and direct patients inaccessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous,efficient and effective way.
Providegeneral assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendlyimage to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
