Job summary

Teviot Medical Practice in Hawick, Scottish Borders, invites applications for a GP Partnership/Salaried GP in a friendly, cohesive team living in outstanding countryside with great walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding nearby.

There are 6–8 sessions per week for a Partner or Salaried GP; salaried earnings £9,000–£13,000 per session per year depending on experience; 8 weeks annual leave including study leave and public holidays; no out-of-hours commitment, but sessions available locally;

Qualifications

• GP Partnership/Salaried GP position in Hawick, Scotland.
• 6–8 sessions per week for Partner or Salaried GP.
• Salaried GP earning £9,000.00 - £13,000.00 per session per year depending on experience.
• 8 weeks annual leave, including study leave and public holidays.
• Golden Hello if eligible.

• No out of hours commitment, but sessions available locally if desired.
• Approximately 1 hour drive to Edinburgh, Carlisle and Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• GP average day is 24 x 15 minute appointments.
• Minimal house visits.
• Excellent multidisciplinary support with ANP, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Tech, FCP and CTAC working closely with the Practice.
• Community hospital in close proximity.
