Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking GMC-registered General Practitioners to cover flexible locum sessions in Eye, enabling you to choose weekly patterns that fit your schedule.

You will run autonomous GP clinics, manage urgent care demand, and deliver routine appointments within well-structured services, collaborating with local teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Flexible bookings, short- and long-term placements, with support from a network of regional practices.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner (license to practice in the UK)
• NHS Performers List registration
• Primary care or community health experience
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and patient communication
• Ability to work confidently in varied services
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS

Responsibilities

• Running independent GP clinics across community and primary care settings
• Managing acute, routine and complex presentations
