Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to GP surgery patients and support the clinical leads and practice team.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and QOF activities to improve health outcomes.
• Provide clinical care per the job plan including consultations, triage (in-person or video), results, medications and related administration, safeguarding, and on-call tasks (excluding out of hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards and maintain patient-centered care.
