Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics around Dulverton. You will perform routine observations, assist with treatment rooms, ECGs, phlebotomy where trained, and help maintain smooth patient flow in GP settings.

The role offers flexible clinic-based shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, suitable for short-term or ongoing work with a focus on high-quality patient care and effective teamwork with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistant experience in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident with routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine clinical observations.
