A primary care practice in Northampton is looking for a flexible and self-motivated Team Leader to join their busy administration department. The role involves overseeing the administration team, managing IT support, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. We are looking to recruit a flexible, self-motivated and hardworking person to join our busy administration department and provide extra duties as a Team Leader, working 37 hours (full time) Mon-Fri.
To support the Senior Management Team to ensure the delivery of high-qualityadministration in primary care through the effective organisation and deliveryof services.
To work in collaboration with other members of the Management Team toenable the Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable,efficient, safe, and effective working environment.
To be responsible for the leadership for alloperational functions delivered by the administration team. To act as a role model, demonstrating andpromoting the standards expected by the practice and creating the energy andenthusiasm for the service.

GP Administration
Daily Maintenance and processing of computer links/tasks/transactions with applicable Registration Department and Hospitals.
Maternity Service administration.
Patient registrations, Temporary Residents, Immediate and Necessary
Changes of address
Deductions
Processing electronic correspondence ie OOH reports and hospital correspondence and other SystmOne tasks.
Cervical cytology administration including prior notification lists, quarterly targets and audits.
Taking telephone calls and answering queries via Anima.
Typing and administration, to include invoicing of private work ie medical reports, solicitors requests.
Human Resources
IT
Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Practice Manager, dependant on current and evolving practice workload and staffing levels.
