Location: Morfa Gele, Abergele. Salary: £34,645 to £36,796 depending on experience. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract Type: Permanent.

About the Role

Join us at Cartrefi Conwy as a Governance Officer and help make sure our organisation runs smoothly, fairly and follows rules and regulations. You'll support our Board and senior leaders to deliver high standards and shape decision‑making, policy development, and corporate compliance.

This is a busy and rewarding role where your skills will strengthen how we work and make a real to our communities. As Governance Officer, you'll work closely with our Executive Leadership Team, senior managers, Secretary to make sure our governance framework is robust, responsive, and aligned with regulatory requirements. You'll plan and support meetings at Board and Committee level, maintain statutory records, and help coordinate key governance activities across the organisation. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work well with others will help Cartrefi Conwy continue to grow and succeed.
