A major financial institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a Governance Manager to ensure effective governance practices across the organization. You will engage with key stakeholders to fulfill governance responsibilities and manage corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information. Join us as a Governance Manager
As a Governance Manager, you’ll effectively provide a foundation for high-performance by ensuring that robust governance is in place across our organisation. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, Executives and Board members to make sure they have the understanding, motivation, and means to fulfil their governance responsibilities – and that they do so, too. This role will primarily support the Group & Natwest Holdings Executive and Board Risk Committees and will include stakeholder engagement, agenda planning and preparation of materials for each meeting.

An awareness of the Companies Act, governance code, company secretarial, Senior Managers and Conduct Regime and legal and regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies is an advantage.
