A local housing provider is looking for a Governance & Assurance Apprentice to support governance practices and assurance activities. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive attitude. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths and may benefit from additional qualifications. This apprenticeship offers structured training and the chance to develop skills in a supportive environment.
Fixed-term Apprenticeship 20 months (Full-time)
Hybrid working with occasional visits to the office.

As a Governance & Assurance Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our governance framework and assurance activities. Working alongside the Governance & Assurance Lead, you will help ensure that our organisation maintains strong governance practices, transparency, and accountability.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, well-organised, and eager to learn about corporate governance and risk management in a dynamic not-for-profit environment.
This role includes a formal apprenticeship qualification, tailored to your interests and the needs of the role. Potential qualification areas include Business Administration, Governance, Risk Management, Data Protection, or Internal Audit.
