Qualifications

• Experience with MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Understanding of AI and its practical use in a professional environment.
• Experience in regulated financial services would be helpful but is not essential.
• No prior governance experience required; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep records, documents and internal information up to date and well organized.
• Help prepare papers for Board and Committee meetings, ensuring materials are complete and on time.
• Support delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services across the firm.
• Gather information impacting governance documentation or regulatory reporting and follow up on actions.
• Support completing statutory, regulatory and corporate filings, following processes and deadlines.
• Monitor developments and advise on actions needed by the team.
• Contribute to projects and take ownership of tasks.
• Respond to information requests and due diligence queries.
• Follow established processes and look for improvements using technology.
• Liaise with external advisers and third parties when needed.
• Respond to day-to-day queries and escalate when necessary.
• Build governance knowledge and share learnings across colleagues.
• Support other team members and contribute to wider priorities.
