Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Google Cloud delivery leader to drive complex engagements for global clients. You will guide solution design, coordinate onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, and ensure successful deployment of cloud transformations.

You will bridge business priorities with technical execution, leading governance and delivering value through Google Cloud capabilities, with some in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles such as engineer, architect, consultant, or delivery lead.
• In depth experience architecting and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform, with broader knowledge of platform-native services beyond application deployment.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery for client engagements, including solution design, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and go-live accountability.
• Experience leading distributed global teams and working effectively across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage engineering teams, client stakeholders, and executive audiences with clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Bridge business priorities and technical execution across multiple workstreams; own technical and delivery decisions, manage scope and risk, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Work closely with clients, Accenture leadership, and distributed delivery teams to shape solutions, drive governance, and deliver value using Google Cloud platform-native capabilities.
• There is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities; a hybrid approach is supported.

THE WORK

• Consulting experience with strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead technical discussions in complex client environments.
• Experience applying modern engineering practices, delivery governance, and operating models across cloud transformation programs.
• Exposure to a broad set of Google Cloud technologies across areas such as modernization, Data & AI, Contact Center AI, Workspace, marketing technology, security, and agentic AI.
• Google Cloud certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in Google Cloud solution delivery.
