Job description

Our superb client, based near St. Ives, Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Goods In Coordinator to join them on a permanent full‑time basis. You will be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, with some overtime as required (40 hours per week).

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the goods‑in department
  • Monitor stock movements
  • Handle stock replenishment
  • Train new team members
  • Assist with Health & Safety
  • Ensure logistics and yard areas are kept clear of hazards
  • Report departmental accidents immediately
  • Delegate tasks to team members
  • Provide absence cover to day‑to‑day warehouse operations
  • Support team compliance
  • Support the warehouse management team
  • Oversee forklift fleet maintenance and weekly vehicle checks
  • Unload vehicles and containers
  • Deal with stock paperwork
  • Replenish stock to support production
  • And much, much more
Job Requirements
  • Current counterbalance certificate
  • Ideally previous team supervisory experience
  • Ability to work well as part of a busy team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keenness to learn new skills and further develop the role
  • Own transport is essential owing to location
